Christmas CardAn oversized printed Christmas card depicting a drawing that artist Jim Rumph created in 1977; showing the Nativity scene as the spaceship from Close Encounters of the Third Kind hovers above, text reads Be with the force on Christmas / and have a close encounter in 1978! A blindstamp on the lower left-side margin reads Mind Circus / California / Incorporated Oct. 31, 1973 and Rumph's black fountain pen ink inscription on lower right-side margin reads Vivian - much love and whatever!!! / Love, Dr. Slyme AKA J Rumph. Also included is the card's original transmittal envelope which displays a different printed version of another Rumph drawing - this one showing Chewbacca, C-3P0, R2-D2 and Obi-Wan Kenobi observing the spaceship over Bethlehem; a penned inscription in the address box reads For Vivian / Where ever / Love and Lust / J Rumph.
